Quarterfinalists have been announced in the "Center Stage" singing
contest and each person will sing Live in-between bands at Godstock on
Saturday, Sept. 12th to compete for the opportunity to join Sonicflood
as the headliner at Godstock. In ...alphabetical
order the ten quarterfinalists are: Ardis Barbre-Fairfield, Stacey
Earlywine-Flora, Joshua Eastin-Salem, Morgan Luttrell-Xenia, Alex
Mandrell-Woodlawn, Jared Mitchell-Norris City, Kelli Morse-Fairfield,
Jared Russell-Mcleansboro, Felicia Shelton-Fairfield, Ryan
Shriver-Mcleansboro. Congratulations to all of you, looking forward to
hearing you sing this Saturday at Godstock 2009.
Godstock 2009 will be held Rain or Shine in Fairfield, Illinois. If the weather is nice, see you at the Fairgrounds Grandstand. In case of bad weather, the event moves indoors to the Fairfield High School Gymnasium.

Coolers will not be allowed on the fairgrounds or in the grandstand.

| Many of our food vendors lost money in the last few years and some have agreed to return only if we prohibit coolers. The future of Godstock relies on revenues from these vendors. Please keep in mind that we charge a very small admission to this concert and we charge much less for our concessions than most other large festivals of this type.
